Rhodope Region imposes restrictions due to high fire risk

The East Macedonia and Thrace Regional Authority has announced that certain areas in the Rodopi region will be off-limits on Saturday, August 10, due to the high risk of wildfires. According to the Fire Risk Prediction Map published by the General Secretariat for Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, the Rodopi region is classified under category 3, indicating a high fire risk.
