A fire has erupted in the area between Kızılcaköy (Polisito) and Elmalı Çiftliği (Sidini) villages, under the jurisdiction of the Avdira (Bulustra) Municipality in Xanthi. The thick smoke rising from the region is visible from the surrounding villages.
The cause of the fire remains undetermined as firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and began their efforts to extinguish the blaze. Despite their extensive efforts, the fire has yet to be brought under control.
