Fire breaks out near Imaret
Rhodope Province A fire broke out today morning at 10:40 in the area of "kesir" between the settlements of Imaret and Krioneri in the municipality of Maronia of Alumci, Rhodope province.
It was stated that the fire broke out in the fields planted with crops. It was noted that the fire, which developed rapidly with the effect of the wind, also damaged some agricultural warehouses in the area close to the settlements. The fire is being intensively intervened from land and air.
On the other hand, the Ministry of Civil Protection sent an EMERGENCY message to the residents of the region. In the message, residents of the region and the neighbouring region were warned to be alert and to follow the instructions to be given.
It was noted that the fire extinguishing works continue from land and air.
