Turkish crews aid Greece in Tatoi fire

Two firefighting planes and a helicopter sent by Türkiye to assist Greece in battling wildfires have arrived at Tatoi Military Airport after departing from Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport.
The Turkish teams will conduct firefighting operations from Tatoi to help control the ongoing fires.
Message from Turkish Minister
Meanwhile, Turkey's Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, İbrahim Yumaklı, expressed his support for Greece via social media, stating:
"Two of our planes and one helicopter took off this morning to help fight the ongoing wildfires in Greece. I wish my colleagues, who are working under the principle that 'forests are the common heritage of the world,' the best of luck. I extend my best wishes to our neighbor Greece."
