German tourist attacked by stray dogs in northern Greece; deputy mayor arrested

A German tourist was in intensive care in a hospital in northern Greece on Thursday after being attacked by a pack of stray dogs in the town of Litochoro and sustaining serious injuries to her face, head and torso that required emergency surgery.
