Through this modern initiative, patients and their companions can now easily, quickly, and anonymously share their experiences with the hospital’s services.
The process takes place via a simple chatbot-style dialogue, where users answer a few short questions about service quality, communication, and overall care. The goal is to collect valuable insights that will help the hospital continuously enhance operations and patient experience.
