Serhat Devecioğlu appointed as new CEO of İş Yatırım
Serhat Devecioğlu, currently a deputy general manager at İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler, has been selected to become the investment firm's new general manager, according to an announcement disclosed through Türkiye's Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
The company's board of directors decided to appoint Devecioğlu to replace Kenan Ayvacı, who will leave the role of general manager and board member to take up a new position at Türkiye İş Bankası.
The appointment will take effect once the necessary regulatory approvals have been completed.

The leadership change forms part of a series of senior-level appointments announced at Türkiye İş Bankası and its investment subsidiary, İş Yatırım.
Devecioğlu currently serves as a deputy general manager at İş Yatırım. His appointment to the top executive position is subject to the completion of the required approval procedures.
WESTERN THRACE CONNECTION
Devecioğlu is the son of the late Professor Ömer Devecioğlu, a prominent scientist from Western Thrace who specialised in paediatric haematology and oncology. Professor Devecioğlu passed away earlier in 2026.
Serhat Devecioğlu's appointment brings a prominent professional development for a figure with family roots in the Western Thrace Turkish community.
