WTMUGA Women’s Branch organizes heartwarming Mother’s Day home visits
The Women’s Branch of the Western Thrace Minority University Graduates Association (WTMUGA) organized a special Mother’s Day initiative featuring home visits aimed at honoring mothers and strengthening community solidarity.
Held under the slogan “A cup of coffee is remembered for forty years,” the program brought together members of the association with mothers across the community through a series of heartfelt visits.
The initiative began with the participation of WTMUGA President Zeynep Tefikoğlu and Women’s Branch Chair Gizem Besim. During the visits, participants shared coffee and warm conversations with mothers in their homes, creating moments centered on appreciation, solidarity, and intergenerational connection.
Association members noted that the memories and sincere conversations exchanged throughout the visits highlighted the enduring importance of compassion, loyalty, and social support within the community.
The mothers visited during the program expressed gratitude for the thoughtful gesture, thanking the guests for remembering them on Mother’s Day.
Officials from the WTMUGA Women’s Branch also thanked all the mothers who welcomed them into their homes and extended wishes for health, happiness, and many more joyful years ahead.
