Dr. Yannis Ganopulos (Hellenic Agricultural Organization "Dimitra"): Presented on "Greek Cherries and Their Value: Developing Innovative Products with Genetic Diversity," highlighting regional varieties like the Komotini Drakana cherry.
Mihail Mihailidis (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki): Explained quality preservation, harvest techniques, and proper post-harvest cooling methods.
