The first private dialysis center in Xanthi
The private dialysis center “Akesios A.E”, built near the village of Balabanlı (Vaniano) in Xanthi opened and started to serve patients.
The private dialysis center (3 shifts) will be able to serve a total of 140 patients.
Making a written statement on behalf of Akesios Company, General Manager Yorgos Stavroulakis stated that the modern equipped dialysis center has started accepting patients as of Monday, October 17th.
In a statement, Stavrulakis announced that the dialysis center, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, started operating after obtaining all relevant permits.
It was emphasized that the modern dialysis center, which will be able to serve patients from Xanthi as well as from neighboring provinces, has signed a cooperation agreement with both Xanthi State Hospital and National Public Health Organization (EODY).
The dialysis center, which will serve kidney patients who have to undergo dialysis with specialist doctors and specialist personnel, is only 10 minutes away from the center of Xanthi.
