Iftar dinner in Gencerli
A fast-breaking dinner was held in Gencerli (Kentiti), one of the Ova (lowland) villages of Xanthi Province, on Friday, April 7th.
A large number of guests and local people attended the iftar program organized by the Gencerli Village Board of Trustees.
The compatriots who participated in the program in Gencerli broke the fast together with the sound of the evening prayer and the iftar drum.
After the fast-breaking prayer of Deputy Mufti Ahmet Hraloğlu, Mufti of Xanthi Mustafa Trampa, President of Xanthi Turkish Union Ozan Ahmetoğlu, Deputy Hüseyin Zeybek, Deputy Mayor of Topiros Municipality Sunay Hüseyinoğlu and Türkiye's Vice-Consul to Komotini Subutay Koç made speeches.
In the speeches made, the board of trustees of Gencerli village, the youth of the village and everyone who contributed to the organization were thanked.
