Commercial festival "Xanthi 2024" to be held during the Old Town festivities

This event aims to promote and showcase products produced in our region to the thousands of visitors expected in our city during the Old Town Festivities 2024.

The Chamber of Commerce will utilize exhibition equipment acquired through the FAIR FOR ALL project of the INTERREG V-A Cross-Border Program "GREECE - BULGARIA 2014-2020." Therefore, the participation of member businesses will be FREE, with the option to sell products, provided that the respective seller issues receipts.

Required conditions for participation:

Member businesses of the Xanthi Chamber of Commerce must be financially up-to-date.
Products exhibited must be produced within the Xanthi Prefecture.
The business activity must contribute to increasing the added value of products from the Xanthi Prefecture.
Compliance with national hygiene and safety legislation regarding the production, processing, distribution, and sale of agri-food products.
The physical presence of a company representative.

Additional Information:

There will be an opportunity for service providers (e.g., tourism accommodations) supported by European projects implemented by the Xanthi Chamber of Commerce (QNEST, CEnTOUR, WILD LIFE FOREVER, etc.) to participate in a group stand with printed materials.
If the number of applications exceeds the available stands (20), priority will be given to members of the Xanthi Chamber of Commerce. The application protocol number and the above conditions will be taken into account.
Interested businesses wishing to participate in the "Xanthi 2024" Commercial Festival are encouraged to express their interest by August 23, 2024, by submitting the relevant application (attached) to the email address: ebex@otenet.gr.

Unsigned applications and those without the company seal will not be accepted.
