Edanur Mustafa elected head of GTGB’s New Generation Branch
The New Generation Branch of the Turkish Youth Union of Komotini (GTGB) has elected Edanur Mustafa as its new president following a vote held on 9 October 2026.
The election took place at the association’s premises in Komotini (Gümülcine), with members also determining the branch’s new executive board and assigning its positions.
NEW EXECUTIVE BOARD ANNOUNCED
Following the election, the board distributed its responsibilities as follows:
President: Edanur Mustafa
Vice-president: Sedef Emir Yusuf
Secretary-general: Mert Sali
Treasurer: Ali Nuri
Begüm Kadir, Cennet Sali Halil, Emir Halil and Sena Latif will also serve as members of the new executive board.
The New Generation Branch operates under the Turkish Youth Union of Komotini, an association serving the Turkish minority community in Western Thrace.
