Greece's unemployment drops sharply to 7.9% in May

Greece’s unemployment rate fell to 7.9% in May, marking a significant improvement from 10.5% in the same month last year and 8.3% in April 2025, according to the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT).
