Hundreds of people from the village and nearby communities attended the funeral ceremonies for Cemil Kurt and İsmet Kabza, whose deaths left a deep sense of sorrow among family members, friends, and the wider community.
The funeral prayer was led by Mustafa Trampa, Mufti of İskeçe, before both men were buried at the village cemetery.
Cemil Kurt
Known among villagers for his calm and modest personality, Cemil Kurt, 48, had been battling a serious illness for nearly three years.
Kurt had previously worked in Germany to support his family. Despite a long struggle and the support of his wife, three children, mother, siblings, and relatives, he passed away on the evening of March 5 while receiving treatment at İskeçe State Hospital.
He was buried in the Mustafçova village cemetery following the funeral prayer held on March 6.
İsmet Kabza
