The aid of philanthropists from Komotini reached thousands of kilometres away
The aids made by business people and philanthropists from Komotini reached the orphans from the Muslim Moro people in need in Mindanao Island, one of the 7 thousand islands of the Philippines, which is thousands of kilometres away from Western Thrace.
The aids received with the contributions of philanthropists were distributed to the needy Muslim Moro people and orphan children in the town of Islam in Mindanao Island by the successful businessman Mehmet Molla Ahmet, owner of Demir Market Faiklar operating in Komotini, and Ahmet Hacıosman, former MP for Rhodope, who has served the minority people for years with his political identity.
Mehmet Molla Ahmet and Ahmet Hacıosman met with Murad İbrahim, Prime Minister of the Bangsamoro Government during their visit.
Prime Minister Murad Ibrahim informed the philanthropists from Western Thrace about orphan children and orphanages in the region. The orphanages were visited and then the aids were distributed to the orphans.
Mehmet Molla Ahmet, a businessman about their visit to Mindanao Island of the Philippines and the aid provided to orphans within the scope of this visit, thanked those who contributed to the aid by sharing on his social media account and said, "May Allah be pleased with all our benevolent brothers and sisters".
