Kozlukebir Municipality to asphalt field roads!

In the statement made by Kozlukebir Municipality, 7,700 meters of asphalting work will be carried out on field roads between four villages.

The asphalting project included in the "Antonis Trisis" program covers the field roads of Domruköy-Basırlıköy and Kozlukebir-Sirkeli villages. A total of 66,500 square meters of asphalt will be laid on the field roads of four villages, 7700 meters in total.

The project for asphalting field roads was signed. The municipality made a statement regarding the issue and stated the following:

"On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, a contract with a budget of € 1,448,481.00 was signed between Kozlukebir Mayor Rıdvan Ahmet and the contractor company that won the tender, under the title of the "Asphalting of Access Roads to the Agriculture and Livestock Areas of Kozlukebir Municipality" project.

This project was financed by the "Antonis Trisis" program and was made possible as a result of the efforts of the municipal government for more than three years. The financing of this project was submitted to the program opened on July 24, 2020, within the scope of the "Antonis Trisis" program, and a project with a budget of € 1,448,481.00 was prepared to support the agriculture and livestock sectors of the region. After the approval process, which took approximately a year, the project was approved on September 30, 2021 and was added to the budget of Kozlukebir Municipality.

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, Kozlukebir Municipality took the tender and necessary steps without slowing down and started the tender on February 7, 2023. At the end of the tender process, which lasted approximately nine months, the necessary permits and controls were successfully passed and the contract was signed with the contractor company on October 18, 2023.

Kozlukebir Mayor Rıdvan Ahmet and his team have managed to implement another infrastructure project aimed at providing support to people engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry in the region."
