Kotsovolos extends meaningful support to Komotini Municipal dog shelter
As part of the "React Day 2024" Good Deeds initiative, Kotsovolos made a significant donation of canned pet food to the Komotini Municipal Dog Shelter on October 20. The company chose to support the shelter as a contribution to the ongoing efforts of the Komotini Municipality to care for stray animals, highlighting the importance of aiding the four-legged friends in need.
The donation, which included 144 one-kilogram cans of food, was handed over by Maki Moutsuris, Deputy Manager of Kotsovolos’ Komotini branch, to Mesut Mehmet, the Deputy Mayor of Komotini responsible for Cleaning and Recycling. This contribution will help meet the nutritional needs of the shelter's animals.
Deputy Mayor Mesut Mehmet expressed his heartfelt thanks to Kotsovolos for selecting the shelter for this meaningful gesture. He also encouraged others to follow suit, emphasizing the importance of caring for pets and urging people not to abandon animals they have taken in.
