Tourism Minister Kikilias in Riyadh for 22nd WTTC
Tourism Minister Vassilis Kikilias has travelled to Riyadh, where he will participate in the 22nd World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC).
On the sidelines of the event, the tourism minister will hold a series of meetings with the CEOs of Saudi Arabian airlines with the aim of launching new partnerships and increasing direct flights. He will also have a series of contacts with representatives of the tourism market for the further promotion of Greece and also with entrepreneurs regarding the attraction of investments.
Kikilias will hold a working meeting with the CEO of Saudia Airlines, Ibrahim Al Koshy and then with Saudi Arabia's Tourism Minister, Prince Ahmed Al Khateeb.
More than 2,000 high-level representatives of the travel industry from all over the world, including government officials, entrepreneurs and important representatives of the global tourism are participating in the meeting in order to collaborate and exchange best practices for the formation of a new, modernized turism model.
