Young Furkan bid farewell to the world in tears
Furkan Tüccar, the son of Cüneyt Tüccar, the Imam of Sünne Mahalle Mosque in İskeçe, passed away on April 26, 2025, at his home in Sünne. His funeral service was held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, after the afternoon prayer.
Following the prayer at the Sünne Mahalle Mosque, Furkan’s body was taken to the Aşağı Mahalle Cemetery in İskeçe, where his funeral prayers were offered before he was laid to rest.
Furkan's father, Cüneyt Tüccar, addressed the crowd outside their home, expressing gratitude for the years of support the community had given the family. He also led the funeral prayer for his beloved son.
İskeçe Mufti Mustafa Trampa, who attended the funeral, conveyed his condolences to the family and close relatives, acknowledging the sacrifices made by Imam Cüneyt Tüccar and his family for their son Furkan.
The funeral was attended by a large crowd, many of whom were unable to hold back their tears in the face of this tragic loss.
