Bluefarm secures €2.9 million additional investment
Bluefarm Tarım Teknolojileri ve Üretim AŞ, a subsidiary of DCT Trading Dış Ticaret AŞ, is set to receive an additional €2.9 million investment from its existing investor, Maxis Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Karma Strateji Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu.
A protocol concerning the additional investment was signed between Bluefarm and the investment fund on September 14, 2026. The company also held an Extraordinary General Assembly meeting on the same day.
Investment to be made through capital increase
The additional investment is planned to be carried out through a capital increase with an issue premium, in accordance with the Share Subscription Agreement and Shareholders’ Agreement signed between the parties on March 12, 2026.
Following the completion of the registration and announcement procedures related to the general assembly resolutions at the trade registry, Bluefarm’s paid-in capital is expected to increase from TRY 12.73 million to approximately TRY 16.24 million.
The investment fund will contribute a total of €2.9 million to the capital increase, including both the nominal value of the shares and the issue premium.
Once the transaction is completed, Maxis Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Karma Strateji Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu’s ownership stake in Bluefarm is expected to rise to 38.43%.
Funding to support production capacity expansion
The additional funding will be used to finance Bluefarm’s ongoing investments and support strategic plans aimed at increasing the company’s production capacity and operational scale.
The investment is also intended to support Bluefarm’s broader growth strategy and facilitate the expansion of its production capabilities.
The transaction represents a further capital commitment from an existing investor as Bluefarm continues to develop its agricultural technology and production operations.
