ITB holds university guidance session for students seeking education in Türkiye
The meeting, held at the ITB premises with strong participation from young people, focused on the application process for higher education institutions in Türkiye and the key points students need to consider when preparing their applications.
Key points in the university application process
ITB Education Adviser Önder Şabanoğlu provided students with practical information and guidance on the main stages of the application process.
The session covered the eligibility requirements and benefits of Türkiye Scholarships, as well as the TR-YÖS examination process and application calendar.
Participants were also informed about admission options for universities that accept students based on high school diploma grades, along with the relevant requirements and procedures.
Particular attention was given to issues students should consider in order to avoid losing rights or encountering problems during the application and registration process.
Students receive answers to their questions
The programme concluded with a question-and-answer session, during which students discussed university preferences, admission and registration requirements, and other issues related to studying in Türkiye.
ITB representatives said the organisation would continue supporting young people in Western Thrace in their educational journeys.
