Thessaloniki Macedonia Thrace Muslims Education and Culture Association organises iftar programme
Thessaloniki Macedonia Thrace Muslims Education and Culture Association brought together the kinsmen in Thessaloniki at the iftar programme.
Deputy Mufti Ahmet Hraloğlu representing Mustafa Trampa, Mufti of Xanthi, Serkan Gedik, Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Thessaloniki, Cemali İhtiyar, Religious Officer of Thessaloniki, Rıdvan Topçu, Director of Religious Irşad Branch of the Muftiate of Xanthi, Aydın Canbaz, Secretary of the Muftiate and many cognates attended the iftar programme organised by the Thessaloniki Macedonian Thrace Muslims Education and Culture Association.
The newly elected President of Thessaloniki Macedonia Thrace Muslims Education and Culture Association Mehmet Süleymanoğlu thanked the guests who attended the iftar programme.
The following message was shared from the social media account of the association regarding the iftar:
"Ramadan is a blessed month in which feelings of sharing, solidarity and brotherhood come to the fore. The aim is to spread the spirit and meaning of Ramadan to every day. As every year, this year as well as every year, we organised an iftar dinner as the Macedonian Thrace Muslims Education and Culture Association. We sincerely thank Mr. Serkan Gedik, Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Thessaloniki, the teachers from the Mufti's Office of Xanthi, our students from the G.A.T. Association and our precious guests. May Allah accept the fasts we have kept."
