Selanik Muslims observe Laylat al-Qadr with communal prayers

Muslims in Selanik gathered in large numbers to observe Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Power), one of the holiest nights in the Islamic calendar, with collective prayers and spiritual reflection.
The event was organized at the premises of the Selanik Muslims Education and Culture Association on Monday evening, March 16. Worshippers came together to perform prayers, recite the Qur’an, and engage in supplications throughout the night.
A strong turnout marked the significance of the occasion, highlighting the sense of unity and religious devotion among the local Muslim community.
Following the Taraweeh prayers, Association President İnanç Mustafaoğlu addressed attendees, expressing his satisfaction with the high level of participation and community spirit.
The program concluded with participants taking a commemorative group photo, capturing the shared spiritual experience of the night.
