MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli slams Prime Minister Mitsotakis for his statements on denial of ethnic identity
Speaking at his party's group meeting, MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli, reacted to the Greek Prime Minister Kiriakos Mitsotakis' racism against the Western Thrace Turks. He condemned Greek Prime Minister Kiriakos Mitsotakis, who called Turkish village Paşevik 'Pomak village' and Turkish children 'Greek children'.
Bahçeli questioned European Parliament's silence, saying 'Those children are Turkish children. Paşevik is not a Pomak either. What will the European Parliament say to these assimilationist and fascist policies of the Greek government?'.
