Komotini Municipality launches "Champions of Recycling" event

The event, organized in collaboration with the Followgreen platform, will be officially launched on Thursday, September 26th, at 6:00 PM at Komotini's 1st State High School, within the ATLA KOMOTINIS facilities. Attendees will include Followgreen program officials and Kimonas Lehoudis, Deputy Mayor of Economic Affairs, Planning, Development, Employment, and Local Economic Growth.
How It Works
The initiative will be conducted via the municipality’s platform followgreen/komotini/contest, with the aim of promoting recycling efforts. During the launch event, paper recycling bins will be distributed to the sports clubs and academies participating in the project. These organizations will then actively engage in recycling efforts, with the goal of becoming "Champions of Recycling."
