Gümülcine Municipality supports amateur football
The Municipality of Gümülcine (Komotini) delivered the new lawn mowers to the persons responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the fields used by the amateur football teams.
The new lawn mowers allocated to the amateur teams and settlements of Komotini for the maintenance of the football fields under the responsibility of the Municipality of Komotini were delivered to the people responsible for the fields in the Environment, Cleaning and Recycling Directorate building of the municipality.
In the statement made by the municipality, it was stated that in order to revive the fan spirit in the city and in the villages the municipality administration allocated the new lawnmowers with the intention of improving the playing fields and strengthening the amateur football championship.
In addition to this, the Municipality of Gümülcine supports amateur sports and always listens to the needs of those who really serve this sport.
