As the statement published, the hospital's staffing problem has grown as unvaccinated colleagues have been dismissed from work.
As a result, the hospital's intensive care unit has been closed for more than a year, the clinics are irregular and inadequate, and there are large gaps in all specialties. This negatively affects the functioning of the hospital.
For this reason, it is requested that the measure of removal from duty be lifted, that all hospital clinics are strengthened with expert staff, that auxiliary personnel are recruited and that additional health personnel are employed.
