BTTDD Izmit Branch President visited Xanthi Turkish Union
Western Thrace Turks Solidarity Association (BTTDD) Izmit Branch President Yüksel Öztürk and board members visited the Xanthi Turkish Union on Tuesday, October 31.
The guest delegation, welcomed by the President of the Xanthi Turkish Union, Ozan Ahmetoğlu, and the managers of the association. The delegation was informed about the activities of the association and the current stage of the ongoing struggle for rights.
The guest delegation from Izmit was accompanied by Mustafçova (Miki) Municipality Ilıca (Thermes) District Director Erdoğan İbrahimbaşı during their visit in Xanthi.
ITB President Ozan Ahmetoğlu presented the painting of the Xanthi Pazaryeri Mosque and the Xanthi Folk Songs CD to BTTDD Izmit Branch President Yüksel Öztürk in memory of the visit.
