BTTDD İzmit Branch visits YTB President Abdulhadi Turus
Yüksel Öztürk, President of the İzmit Branch of the Western Thrace Turks Solidarity Association (BTTDD), along with board members, paid a visit to Abdulhadi Turus, President of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), at his office.
According to a statement from the BTTDD İzmit Branch, the visit was part of their Ankara engagements. During the meeting, the challenges faced by the Western Thrace Turkish community and possible solutions were discussed.
The association’s officials presented a report to YTB President Turus and exchanged views on potential joint projects and collaborations to support the Western Thrace Turkish community.
The statement added: “We thank YTB President Mr. Abdulhadi Turus for the interest, attention, and hospitality shown to us during our visit, and we wish him continued success in his work.”
