Italian Ambassador Falcinelli pays visit to EMT Region President Metios
Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Region President Christos Metios hosted Patrizia Falcinelli, Italian Ambassador to Athens.
Receiving Ambassador Patrizia Falcinelli in her office in Komotini, Metios touched upon the development policy of East Macedonia and Thrace State, which uses resources from the European Structural Funds and the National Development Program, and referred the Italian Ambassador to agri-food, entrepreneurship, tourism, energy (natural gas and geothermal) policy. and gave comprehensive information about its advantages in infrastructure areas.
Ambassador Falcinelli paid particular attention to agri-food, geothermal and transportation infrastructure issues during the meeting.
Federikos Lazaridis, Honorary Consul of Italy in Kavala, and Alessandro Tutino, First Secretary of the Italian Embassy in Athens, also attended the visit meeting.
