A 5.8-magnitude earthquake was recorded early on Tuesday, at 02:17, in the sea area 21 kilometers north of Rhodes, at a focal depth of approximately 52 kilometers, according to data published by the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens.
According to AMNA, the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) estimated that the earthquake in the Dodecanese, in the sea area between Rhodes and Turkiye, had a magnitude of 6.2 and occurred at a focal depth of 68 kilometers.
