Gastronomy festival celebrates local flavours in Yassıköy

Yassıköy (Iasmos) in Rhodope hosted its second Gastronomy Festival and Traditional Desserts Competition, bringing together 25 organisations, local producers, chefs and culinary students to showcase the region’s food heritage.
