Hamas strikes Israeli espionage centre
The Izeddin al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, stated that it targeted an Israeli espionage point in the central areas of the Gaza Strip.
In a written statement made by Hamas, "We targeted a new Israeli surveillance and espionage centre east of the Juhr al-Dik area in the central Gaza Strip with mortars."
No statement was made by the Israeli authorities regarding the statement of the Kassam Brigades.
The Palestinian Telecommunications Company and the Jawwal Company announced that there were interruptions in fixed (landline) communication services and the Internet in the central and southern parts of the Gaza Strip due to the ongoing Israeli attacks.
Since 7 October, 34,305 Palestinians, including at least 14,685 children and 9,670 women, have been killed and 77,293 people have been injured in Israel's attacks on the Gaza Strip.
