The first hatim ceremony in the Rhodope province held in Kurcalı
The "Hatim Programs" of the Qur'an Courses operating under the Mufti Officce of Komotini started with the hatim ceremony in the village of Kurcalı (Likion).
The Hatim Program in Kurcalı village took place on Friday, April 28.
