Road maintenance works continue in Kirazlı

It is reported that road maintenance works are ongoing on the Kirazli village (Kerasia) road in Yassıköy Municipality.
In order to closely follow the works on the road route, Manolis Tapacaz, Deputy Regional President for the Rhodope Province, visited the area and made inspections.
It was pointed out that in recent years, access to the region has become difficult due to various reasons, especially rainfall, and that road maintenance works are important in terms of easier intervention to forest fires.
Inspecting the 6-kilometre dirt road, Tapatzaz stated that the works carried out are of great importance in preventing natural disasters that may occur in the region.
