PASOK Evros: The government's mockery of the farmers of Evros is unbelievable
On Sunday 11/2 we witnessed the biggest mockery on the part of the government towards the demands of the rural people of our prefecture. In a scheduled and prearranged meeting with the fire-stricken farmers of the Evros prefecture, in order to listen to their just demands, he chose to shine through his absence. In a prefecture where the ruling party of the New Democracy (ND) got a high percentage of 44.18%, the Minister of Rural Development and every other competent official despises the farmers. We recall that farmers constitute the vast majority of the declining economy of our marginal county.
The PASOK-Movement for Change, maintaining a timeless attitude of responsibility, was, is and will be present listening to the just demands of the rural world and citizens, while condemning the disdain and indifference that the government of the New Democracy arrogantly demonstrates to their problems.
