Postponed due to lack of quorum, but informal discussion was held, without minutes
With a lot of people and specifically residents of Chrysa and Old Town, as a consultation on their problems was expected, but without the necessary quorum, which made it officially not held, yesterday's meeting of the Municipal Community of Xanthi.
More specifically, although the "body" numbered 15 members and despite the fact that yesterday's meeting was called adjourned (since a quorum was not established last time either) and 10 members were required to be present, 9 members were "present", resulting in the dissolution of the meeting.
However, due to the number of residents of Chrysa and the Old Town of Xanthi who were present, an informal discussion is already taking place, without the minutes being recorded.
So the agenda items will be discussed again next week and probably on the same day and time.
It is noted that since this is the third meeting call in a row, the required number of members present will be 5.
