"My heart always beats with the Turkish world"
Levent Sadık Ahmet, who announced that he will continue with significant projects and investments in the upcoming period, stated: "By God's will, I have worked with good people. I came to Türkiye with a suitcase in my hand, and just a month ago, the company I established years ago went public."
Sadık Ahmet also emphasized the potential for better development of young Turks and the youth in the Turkish diaspora, adding:
"BEING THE SON OF A LEADER CARRIES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY"
"First and foremost, being the son of a leader like Sadık Ahmet, whose name stands out in the Turkish world, is a heavy responsibility. You carry a clean and bright legacy, and you must be worthy of it. To be worthy, you need to fully understand Sadık Ahmet’s ideals, vision, stance, character, and struggle. After understanding this, you must align yourself with it. This is a significant and honorable responsibility for me. So far, by the grace of God, both I and my family have been worthy of this, and we continue to walk this path with confidence. Because the struggle never ends."
"POLITICS IS FOR POLITICIANS, BUSINESS IS FOR BUSINESS PEOPLE"
When asked about politics, Levent Sadık Ahmet said: "I prefer not to talk much about politics because I’m not a politician. As Sadık Ahmet’s son, anything I say could be interpreted in different ways. So, I believe that politicians should handle politics, and businesspeople should focus on business. Let’s not meddle in each other’s work, though, of course, mutual support is important. When we look at the broader picture, is there significant political or rights-related change? No, unfortunately not. Economically, this is one of the most underdeveloped regions in Europe, as documented in European reports. And sadly, there hasn’t been much change in this area either."
Regarding the Turkish diaspora, Levent Sadık Ahmet added:
"My heart always beats with the Turkish world. I believe that with the experienced businesspeople and professionals of our generation, working together with the state, we can move forward in a much different direction. We must always look ahead with new projects and honest people. The diaspora will only continue and grow stronger in this way, and we can create a wave that spreads throughout the entire Turkish world in the future."
