Mitsotakis to visit Alexandroupoli
Prime Minister Kiryakos Mitsotakis will visit Alexandroupoli on Friday, March 31.
According to local Greek media reports, Prime Minister Mitsotakis will attend the signing ceremony of the project in question for the extension of the second 35-kilometer section of the steel fence built on the Turkish-Greek border, as part of the visit.
Speaking to ERT, Minister Theodorikakos stated that Prime Minister Mitsotakis will also be present at the signing ceremony.
Theodorikakos added that the related project will be financed from the budget in the coming months and that there is also the possibility of financing from European funds.
The visit of Prime Minister Mitsotakis, who started city tours after announcing the elections, to Alexandroupoli is also associated with the election progpangda.
