Kinsmen gather at Muratlı Mosque for fajr prayer
As part of the "Bring Your Child to Morning Prayer" program organized by the Mufti Office of Komotini, kinsmen gathered this time at Muratlı Mosque. The event, held on the morning of Sunday, December 15, brought together people of all ages, men and women, in a spirit of unity and devotion.
At dawn, the congregation performed the morning prayer together, followed by supplications and a spiritually enriching sermon delivered by Mufti İbrahim Şerif.
The event saw participation from notable figures such as Mufti İbrahim Şerif, Deputy Mufti Fehim Ahmet, President of the Western Thrace Mosque Religious Officials Association Erol Yaluç, Deputy Governor of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace for Agriculture and Livestock Rıdvan Hacı Mehmet, Council Member Ahmet Orman Pehlivan, and a large number of compatriots.
The Mufti Office shared a statement on social media expressing gratitude for the vibrant turnout:
"This morning, we held our 'Bring Your Child to Morning Prayer' program at Muratlı Mosque. At a blessed time, we gathered before our Lord as men, women, young, and old. Together, we found peace in prayer, Qur’an recitation, supplication, and the Mufti's sermon. We thank everyone who participated, especially the families who brought their children and the locals of Muratlı village for their warm hospitality. May Allah preserve our unity and bless us all."
