Kinsmen flock to the bazaar organised for the benefit of the Miracle Theatre
The "Bazaar Full of Miracles" organised by the WTMUGA Miracle Theatre on Saturday, 16 December at the Cultural Centre of Xanthi took place with great participation despite the adverse weather conditions.
In the statement made by the association, "Both the active participation of the Miracle Children in the bazaar and all the preparations made with the contributions of our mothers and handicrafts attracted great attention. We would like to extend our endless thanks to the miracle lovers who did not withhold their contributions and support from us and to the heads and managers of institutions and organisations who did not leave us alone, as well as to our very valuable people."
Mustafa Trampa, Mufti of Xanthi, Ramadan Duban representing the Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Komotini, Ozan Ahmetoğlu, President of the Xanthi Turkish Union, Hüseyin Baltacı, President of WTMUGA, Ahmet Kara, President of the Union of Councillors and many compatriots attended and supported the fair.
The participation and support of the cognates in the bazaar was once again an indication of how much Western Thrace Turks protect their institutions.
