HOPE List announces the candidate they will support in the second week

The HOPE List, which was established under the chairmanship of Tarkan Multaza, who is competing for the Kozlukebir Municipality, announced which candidate it will support in the second week.

On Sunday 8 October, in the municipal elections held for the administration of Kozlukebir Municipality, the HOPE List council and mukhtar candidates, headed by Tarkan Multaza, finished the first week of the elections in third place with a total of 3.662 votes and 30.03 percent.

The HOPE List, which lost the elections in the first round, made a statement on which candidate they will support in the second round elections to be held on Sunday, 15 October 2023, in which the Unity List headed by Erdem Hüseyin and the Democratic Power List headed by the current mayor Rıdvan Ahmet will compete:

"As the Hope List, we received 3662 votes in the local elections on 8 October and received great support from our people despite being a list participating in the elections for the first time. However, unfortunately, we could not make it to the second round of the elections by coming third with a small margin of votes. We would like to thank all our people who supported us and those who did not support us.

In our meeting today, as the Hope List, we decided to remain neutral in the second round of the elections. In the coming period, we will continue to be the voice of all citizens who support our list in the parliament. We will speak out against the injustices done without saying power and opposition and we will defend the rights of our people.

We are ready for your votes as a more ready, more experienced list in the upcoming elections, may Allah help and assist us."
