Federation of Balkan Turks pays visit to Teachers' Union

Officials of the Federation of Balkan Turks, headquartered in Edirne, visited the Western Thrace Turkish Teachers' Union.
The delegation consisting of Federation President Erhan Pekkan, Vice President Macit Mutlu and Secretary General İsmail Koca Köse visited the Western Thrace Turkish Teachers' Union in Komotini on 15 January Monday.
The guest federation president and the accompanying delegation were welcomed by BTTÖB President Aydın Ahmet.
President Ahmet gave information about the history of the union, the activities carried out and Turkish education in Western Thrace. The two presidents and the accompanying delegation discussed the possibilities of co-operation between BTTÖB and the federation.
Aydın Ahmet thanked the guest federation executives for their visit and interest.
