The Municipality of Alexandroupoli has introduced a new digital communication platform for interacting with residents and visitors. The "Novoville" app is designed to address everyday issues encountered by citizens and tourists within the city.
Through the platform, users can report a range of real-time problems, such as cleanliness and waste management issues, street lighting failures, road surface damage, and other daily malfunctions. The app also allows for the reporting of urgent incidents that require immediate municipal response.
This initiative aims to enhance public service efficiency and strengthen citizen engagement by enabling quicker and more transparent issue resolution.
