700 years of tradition to continue this year

The tradition of KIRKKURBANI, which has been going on in Western Thrace for 700 years, will also take place this year.
The Kırkkurbanı event to be held on Sunday, 2 June in Hebilköy, Kozlukebir Municipality, Rhodope, will start at 11:00.
The 700 years old tradition event, which will be organised with the contributions of Habilköy people, will take place in Habilköy "KARKAM" area.
As every year, thousands of people are expected to attend the event this year and the guests will be offered "BAKIRLAMA", the famous dish of the region.
It was stated that the event was open to everyone and all Western Thrace Turks were invited.
