New call centre established to assist citizens affected by natural disasters
The Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection has launched a new call centre designed to provide faster and more efficient support to citizens affected by natural disasters.
According to the Ministry, the centre operates with modern technological infrastructure and a team of specially trained staff to ensure high-quality assistance. The upgraded system features:
- A state-of-the-art CRM platform to log and track every citizen interaction;
- Specialised call agents equipped to manage requests and complex cases;
- Strict quality-control procedures and robust data-protection safeguards;
Continuous, real-time information flow to the Ministry.
The initiative aims to strengthen Greece’s emergency-response system and improve communication with citizens during critical events, enhancing the country’s overall resilience to natural disasters.
