ENFIA 2025: Payment in 12 installments and increased discounts for insured properties
The process of uploading ENFIA 2025 tax clearance notices to Taxisnet has begun, with completion expected within the next few hours.
Flexible Payment Plan
Taxpayers will be able to pay their property tax in 12 monthly installments, with the first installment due by the end of March 2025 and the last by the end of February 2026.
Double Discount for Insured Properties
A key change for 2025 is the increased discount for property owners who have insured their assets against natural disasters. Specifically:
Owners of properties valued up to €500,000 who had full insurance coverage for earthquakes, fires, and floods throughout 2024 will receive a 20% discount on ENFIA.
For properties of higher value, the discount is reduced to 10%.
If the insurance coverage was for a shorter period, the discount is adjusted accordingly:7.5% for 9 months of coverage
5% for 6 months of coverage
2.5% for 3 months of coverage

To access your tax notice, follow these steps:
- Visit the AADE website (myAADE).
- Select the "Applications" section.
- Click on "Popular Applications".
- Navigate to "E9/ENFIA Declaration".
- Log in using your Taxisnet credentials.
- Choose the year 2025 to view your clearance notice.
