Temporary traffic arrangements have been introduced on the National Road connecting Gümülcine and Dedeağaç due to scheduled works on a bridge located between the two regional units.
The measures concern the bridge over the Lissos River, where technical work involving the installation of monitoring sensors is being carried out to assess the structure’s response under traffic conditions.
According to the authorities, traffic restrictions will remain in effect during the working hours, with drivers advised to follow temporary road signs and instructions from traffic officials to ensure safe passage.
Authorities stated that adjustments to the traffic arrangements may be made if necessary due to weather conditions or other local circumstances.
