Pyrgakis: The new Director of the Political Affairs Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Xanthi
According to local newspaper Empros, Mr. Pyrgakis Ioannis, Advisor to the Ambassador A', is the new Director of the Political Affairs Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, based in Xanthi, who assumed duties in the previous days in place of the retired Mr. Symeon Tego, Advisor to the Embassy A'.
Mr. Pyrgakis was the Director of the office of the former political director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and current secretary general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has experience from his tenure in the Balkans, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo and Central Europe which is a guarantee for a successful tenure like his predecessor Mr. Tegos.
